As much as I have personally noticed and enjoyed, RG Q&A is already a huge open access seminar to many questions, and this is why I keep coming back, with both joy and interest. Some very few posts would be uninteresting, but mostly we get high standard answers that can be useful to any writing we intend to compose.
If the organizer of an Open Seminar on RG could be allowed to delete some of the answers, to keep the standard of a scientific thread, you would easily build such common interest endeavour.

It's VERY POSSIBLE to have virtual SEMINARS, not just one single seminar. Some of us have been corresponding on Facebook and by other means since 2013. We HAVE BEEN HAVING MANY VIRTUAL SEMINARS AND GREAT DISCUSSIONS for the past 3 years!
On the other hand, as Dr. Maria Bettencourt Pires said, ResearchGate Q&A is a kind of open access seminar to many questions, and in my opinion the most answers are standard and beneficial for RG members.
I agree with Michael and others. Great Idea. Appropriate use of RG and Technology. Interdisciplinary platforms like these under one umbrella will definitely make the reach deeper.
Can we think of holding a virtual seminar through this RG platform?
Yes, it is possible depending whether RG wants to include this feature in RG platform. Just sharing some thoughts - once the virtual seminar capability is available, think following might be required:
Topic presenter(s) submit their request for presentation & slide deck to RG.
Once approved by RG, RG will email to all RG members on when is the virtual presentation.
RG members / attendees will accept the email invite with virtual presentation link & access code (if needed - this is to allow only registered attendees can attend).
On the specific time - topic presenter will present to virtual attendees, presenter can also get 1-2 SME at background to answer questions raised by attendees.
After presentation finished e.g. 30-45min, there can be 15-30min Q&A before ending.
The presentation also can be recorded for those attendees can't attend to replay back.
Think the virtual seminar capability also can be used / expanded for RG to organize / rent out the platform to universities, journals, publishers etc to organize their virtual conferences. If RG can source / engage some profound scholars, researchers, academicians etc. as reviewers & presentation moderators, they can help sanitize the articles submitted by participants / presenters of the conference so that their articles can be published as conference proceedings after the virtual presentations. Think virtual conference can be lower total cost & more agile to organize vs traditional conference that need to attend in person (faster time to readership is important for conference proceeding type of articles). In case you want to have a comparison between current RG vs Webinar, you can refer to my answer in this RG link:
Yes, dear Ljubomir and Maria. Nothing is impossible. Maybe near future, we attend with many of these webinars. It will be very nice for our developing countries.
I come back to my question above: What is the subject to work together?
Very few colleagues suggested one. May I propose to make a Little Brainstorming here in RG. We could wright down our ideas for subjects as a kind of headline with 5 to 10 keywords of explanation. Then Abhijit (excuse me to be direct in my proposal) could summerise these ideas in one list with numbers in front and we could give our votes for a certain idea. Every participan has one vote. That one which has the most points will be choosen.
So for me I add an idea for an online seminar:
How can we motivate students to learn theory by themselves?
Especially undergraduate students don´t like to learn theory. We all know how important it is for them and there future to be excellent in theory. Which didactic will help?
Dear friends, I have just sent a letter to RG community support, cc to some of you.

Dear friends of community support,
With reference to this question, please observe that several of us think that it would be a good idea to hold a webinar on RG. But it would be absolutely necessary to ask the permission of RG if this can be done? Can RG support this idea? Would it cause inconvenience to RG?
One basic requirement of a Seminar or Training to be beneficial (in addition to personal learning) is recognition by the mother organization and entities regulating/ monitoring/ assessing such organization. The simplest form of this document for recognition is a certificate officially signed by the officials of a a recognized seminar organizer. The organizer, or at least the co-organizer of this event is the RG. Who will design the certificate? Who else will sign? Will our mother organizations recognize this certificate? If not, what must we do to have it recognized?
Another good issue: 'What can be done so that researchers do not need to use the author-paid method of publishing, considering the negatives to which this could lead?" (Related to COPE...)
Sorry to have seen this late. Has it already been mentioned here that virtual seminars are held, very successfully, through Academia.edu on specific research subjects?
I have participated lately in many events helding on different plataforms. Not all that permit huge participation but some are better conducted with moderators and you can follow up the discussions and material presented even using App´s on cel phones.
Some are becoming regular meetings with an specific agenda defined according to the forums.
Dear colleagues, this is the answer from RG, regarding the possibility of webinars:

Dear Miranda,
I apologize for the delay of my answer. Your proposal to hold Webinars certainly does sound interesting. Unfortunately, our resources are limited, and our current focus prohibits us from following up on your idea.
We?ll be in touch if anything changes.
Of course you can use the Q&A section as it is to ask questions, which can be answered by other experts.
