What do you mean by that question? Why would there be a positive correlation between a paper being published as an open access paper and being bad? You are out of line, big time. First, in most cases open access is compulsory in cases where the main author has, for example, money from a governmental grant agency. Why would there be a positive correlation between getting such a grant and writing shitty articles? I should think that the reverse is true - that the governmental agency has, more often than not, provided grants to those scientists that have good ideas AND have the ability to get the right message across. I hope it's just your English that is not up to par, because you are most certainly wrong.
