Can we study the stability of siRNA in a formulation containing siRNA and drug loaded polymeric/carbohydrate polymer?

Hi,

I would like to study the stability of siRNA after loading into the formulations such as siRNA and drug-loaded polymer/polysaccharide nanoparticles.

Is CD suitable? Does it predict the stability of siRNA-loaded formulation?

What other techniques are available to study the stability of siRNA in formulation?
