Can we separate two diastereoisomers by a classical reversed-phase column C18 or C8?

Yes you can separate diastereoisomers. But you cannot separate chiral compounds using these type of columns.

OF COURSE KHALED SINCE DIASTEREOISMERS HAVE DIFFERENT PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES. SO ACHRAL COLUMNS SUCH AS C18 CAN SEPARATE THEM EASILY.
