I have reaction mixture in which 4 components present: Salicylic acid, methanol, methyl salicylate and water. I want to estimate water content in it. Can I do that if yes than which reagent would be favorable to use.

Traces of excess methanol than required can be disturbing. Drift determination will take care of the moisture, including any present in the methanol. Standard solutions for Karl Fisher are available commercially, pick yours!
