We intend to perform a Galleria mellonella infection assay, infecting them with clinical strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, then treating them with two antimicrobials sequentially applied. Have you ever done this experiment before? If so, how have you dealt with the fact of injecting two different drugs at two different time points? We have already treated larvae of this kind with two antimicrobials but simultaneously applied, so we are wondering in which proleg we should inject the last drug. Should it be via the second-to-last left proleg?

Thank you in advance!
