Dear all, I have to use two different strategies to generate background points for two types of models (MaxEnt versus other models such as RF, GLM) for reducing sampling bias. Since I couldn’t simultaneously run these different strategies in biomod2 package it will be my great pleasure to help me for this concern if it possible. Yours Sincerely. Nader
If what is possible? Do you mean running Maxent on Background Points A and then run RF/GLM on Background Points B?

Yes, it is exactly what I mean. I need to choosing background points for the models of interest simultaneously in Biomod2 in order to use the models outputs in ensemble modelling framework.

Nader, if you're interested in other alternative, you can do it using the "sdm" package.
