in order to have continues energy generation we need to bring the generation cycle to its initial conditions after each single generating cycle. Gravity is constant force filed, so the energy in producing operation part of the cycle equals the energy required to bring the cycled to the initial conditions. So the answer is NOT YET.

In this experiment the small will using spring force acts tangentially (not radially) to the large wheel causing its continuous rotation. Using a small weight and the same small wheel, acting vertically on the big wheel in tangential direction, we will observe the direct conversion of gravitational forces into rotational motion. In this experiment, the weight will not change their position in height as well as a spring in the above experiment does not change its state, that is, it remains compressed. This experiment suggests that we can generate electricity by using gravitational force.

actually we can make energy from any source

the problem is the efficiency and utility

so i can only tell u a few facts about energetics

as any sensor is made by some main parts

transducers which converts one form of energy into another form of energy

example

say piezoelectric generator will convert mechanical energy into ac current electrical energy

also it can be used as a sensor the piezoelectric element

so we have to make a gravitational wave sensor so we can first sense even a little amount of gravitational force of the waves.

which is not an easy task as in 2016 or in 2017 LIGO has been made to sense gravitational waves

so i m trying to say when the sensor can be little its transduction is very good.

so once these basics are established we can make the energy out of gravity

Indeed yes, we all know energy neither be created nor be destroyed. So if we are able to covert this gravitational energy into continuous mechanical energy then we can easily generate a continuous form of electricity and the same is the problem.
