Hi Harish,

from you AFM measurements you can extract the developed interfacial area ratio Sdr which is basically the ratio between the "real" surface area and the projected surface area. knowing the measured area size from your AFM settings (projected surface area) and Sdr, you can then calculate the real surface area.

Harish Somala Yes. It should be under "Statistical quantities --> projected area" in Gwyddion software.
