Why there is flat graph in UV absorbance spectroscopy?

Hi there , I prepared a thinfilim electrode of Fe2O3 on an FTO for PEC application and its UV absorbance spectrum shows flat between the range of 330-430nm range what is the significance for this? check the attached graph for your reference.

It has gone off scale. Your sample is absorbing almost all the UV.

That said it is pretty impressive that your spectrometer can measure up to absorbance of 7 (most will cut off at 3).

Absorbance is logarithmic so an absorbance of 7 means that only 10^-7 of the light is getting through (0.000001% transmission).
