i did BCA many times and standard protein absorbance very similar. Eg: 60 ug gives about 30 absorbance and 40 2.3 and same for the whole curve. It won't change as I use same concentrations . Can I just test absorbance of my sample and get their concentration by equation of previous curve?.

Best practice is to analyze standards at the same time as your samples. The only shortcut I would suggest is to prepare your standards ahead of time, aliquot and freeze them, then use as needed.

Not worth it. Only takes a second to do a std curve. Keeo stds aliquoted and frozen to save time as suggested above. It's not worth the hassle down the track if you have issues later.
