Each cell has different characteristics and properties and keeps things working accordingly. However, when disease takes over or when tissue becomes damaged, cell properties change and fever is usually an indicator. These changes that occur in cells add or subtract cell properties which causes bioelectric properties of the cell to change. By keeping cells happy bio-electricly, can cells become disease and damage free? Many energetic transformational theorists believe that by clearing unwanted energy patterns you can heal your body. Biomedical scientists use biomedical devices and EMF exposure to heal tissue. These devices however can cause serious risks to both the patient and the technician.
Can we build biomedical emf machinery to create artificial bio-electricmagnetic energy impulses to transform cells to heal quicker, or perhaps to stay impermeable to death of tissue? Is this beyond our future to heal tissue with bioengineering impulses and delete the need for organ transplants?

For example, fever is not an indicator of damage, but a part of coordinated adaptive response to damage. High temperature allow white blood cells to move faster to access and scavenge damaged or infected tissue. But temperature along is not enough - a lot of varieties of "interleukins" are also required to activate and direct white blood cells. Without interleukins, heating alone is meaningless.

When people are exposed to low temperature, cells can be damage but there are cases that the body shuts down to keep from further damage ie. comatose. This body temp is an exchange that our body needs to keep in check at all times. Our skin fires nerve impulses to signal us to danger in many aspects. Cells have a mechanism that causes production/reduction of certain proteins to increase to decrease temperature. Is there any information beyond the basics that have studies in the bioelectic chemistry of cells that causes body temperature to change directly?

No. Temperature control is mediated by pyrogen, and controlled by hypothalamic sensors and hormones. Of course, you can stimulate (cells of ) hypothalamus directly by embedded electrodes, but at current knowledge level it can stimulate anything from insomnia to hunger.
