As I am still an early PhD student (dealing now with the literature review of the thesis), I have some basic questions.

When submitting a paper to a conference, the same material should not be sent to another event unless it is not accepted on the first event it was sent to. However, I wonder if the same rule applies for doctoral colloquium/workshops/consortia. Otherwise, can we apply and present the same material in many doctoral workshops and events as long as the aim is to get as many feedbacks as possible to steer further research.

Thank you so much for your advice.
