we have conducted an experiment on 5 strains of N fixing bacteria (factor A) and 3 sources of nitrogen (factor B) having three replications. In this experiment we also included an unfertilized control (N0) to compare the treatment data with unfertilized control. I have analyzed this data in Ms Excel using two way analysis control (0) vs rest (treatment). Now i want to analyze this data with statistical software or package, is it possible to analyze this data with statistical software such SPSS, SAS or R ?
off course, one can analyse his/her generated data with control using statistical package (for instance SAS 10.0)

If you have a balanced design (equal cell sizes), then computing the relevant values for a 2-way anova design in Excel is certainly a possibility.
However, I'd recommend that you instead use either the freely available SPSS work-alike, PSPP (https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/), OR the base R package (https://www.r-project.org/). Add-ons to R that make it a little more user friendly include: (a) jamovi (https://www.jamovi.org/); (b) deducer (https://www.deducer.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Main.WindowsInstallation); (c) the R-based package, jasp (https://jasp-stats.org/), as well as others.
