Yes, you can use fluid-structure interaction interface, plus piezoelectric device. Generally, your model very close to the energy harvesting based on piezoelectric devices. Usually, already simulated by COMSOL.

Thank you sir, for your replied...One more question sir, signal detected by piezoelectric sensor gives in voltage. Actually, I want to get in pressure(pascal). My question is that how to convert voltage into Pascal.

You can get results from piezo in voltage, current, electrical and mechanical power etc. as usual. But, if you needed to calculate acoustical pressure field in near or far-field zone, you do not needed to use information from piezosensor . You can get this information directly from acoustic physics results in any points. I think, you can calibrate your piezosensor depend on acoustic pressure (Pa). I mean, Pa > Voltage and so on.

Yes, the piezoelectric transducer can transmit as well as receive, and I have seen COMSOL simulations in both configurations.
