We are wanting to administer a pH1.8 (or 0.015849M) solution of HCl to an anaesthetised mouse lung via a tracheal tube.  We are wanting to do this either with standard Thermo needles and syringes, or maybe a Hamilton syringe, but we're not entirely sure if all the components of these products will handle this conc of HCl.  We don't want even the slightest bit of stainless steel or plastic to be sheered away by the acid, and enter the lung. I've tried to look up product info sheets, but can't really find what I'm looking for.  Is anyone able to shine any light on this?
