Trying to see if performing individual sample dilutions and pooled sample dilution can be done more accurately by using the % of total data from the Agilent TapeStation region table. It Looks like there may be a correlation with sequencing quality but it is contrary to what would have been expected. Bread clean up is preformed before Tapestation analysis. This is for 2 different targets and sequencing being done on miSeq.
