I am dealing data for drought stress on rice in field. Statistically, there is no replication of data as my experiment was too big to replicate. Total no of genotypes are more than 2000 sown each genotype in one row (1m). Anyhow, I managed to collect data as technical replicates i.e., 3 measurements in each genotype. Obviously, this is not a biological replication. I wonder if I can use this technical replication as a biological (statistical) replication for analysis of variance (ANOVA). Is this okay to proceed this way? Remember, my data has only one factor (genotype).
