Looks superficially to be Chaetomorpha. Check the filaments under microscope; should there be any septa then it is, if aseptate then high chance of it being a member of Bryopsis. Although unlikely but if you see branches arising at the point of septation then it might be Cladophora, again highly unlikely based on the superficial appearances.
