Can someone suggest to me a good and not so expensive Fluorescence camera for intravital microscopy of blood vessels?

or can someone advise me on choosing the right camera for intravital microscopy?

what factors or specifications need to be considered?

In vivo imaging of blood vessels can be performed using a single or multi-photon

scanning microscope (Zeiss LSM710), equipped with a MaiTai HP Ti:Sapphire

laser (SpectraPhysics) and DPSS Lasers, and a high N.A water-immersion objective lens (CFI75 Apochromat 25xW MP N.A.1.1, Nikon or W Plan-Apochromat ×20 N.A.1.0; Zeiss).

or, you can use confocal microscope like as "Leica SP8 confocal microscope"
