You can use GeneRunner for primer designing and check primer for specificity using MFE Primer3.0

if you have geneious, you you can use primer 3 already included.

I think NCBI primer blast also uses primer 3.

Oligo is another option but very expensive.

Hi everybody.

I'm looking for a primer qPCR tools which has an overlap site probe option.

I mean that I could ask the software to design a Taqman probe which overlaps the 127th position.

Does anybody know a kind of primer design tool?
