I am looking for something that can work at room temperature. For Eg, I read that phosphor doped nanogranular SiO2 is action conductor working at room temperature. Any other alternatives for this? Regarding polymer or gel electrolytes, can we make them selectively anionic or cationic conducting?
In case o Polymer electrolytes you can make them cation conducting only. Generally the salt chosen for PE is salt with bulky anion. The large anion size lets us to assume that anion is in bonding with polymer or immobile in polymer salt matrix. Ans maximum contribution is in form of single ion only means cation.
