How to measure a pseudo-NMOS inverter and ring oscillator using Keithley 4200SCS ?

I want to measure pseudo-NMOS inverters and ring oscillators using Keithley 4200 SCS. Has anybody tried this before? Please advise on the settings, etc. Thank you.
