I want to measure pseudo-NMOS inverters and ring oscillators using Keithley 4200 SCS. Has anybody tried this before? Please advise on the settings, etc. Thank you.
I think you need to be more specific regarding the measurements you want to perform and your setup. The Keithley 4200 can be equipped with many different measurement cards.
I have a work use Keithley 4200 test system to measure Inverter, I recommand you here.

MeasurING a pseudo-NMOS inverter :One SMU supplys the constant dc output voltage (Vdd) at load end ,just as from 3V to 3V.Another SMU supplys sweeping voltage at GAT , just as from 0V to 3V. At last one SMU seting to current source, from 0A to 0A, to measure output voltage(Vout).
Measuring ring ocillator just need two SMU : One SMU supplys the constant dc output voltage (Vdd) , and the other seting to current source, to measure output voltage(Vout).
