I am planning to extract Genomic DNA from Actinomycetes, and I don't need a pure DNA. I am NOT planning to pcr the DNA. What is a simple method, that does not involve DNA extraction kits or something?

As i m falling short on my research budget, couldnt afford for kits n buffers n stuff. . ur suggestion sounds very very economical. . will do some research on that, will let u know the result..
