Can someone suggest a remedy for a PEG based polyurethane which after preparation does not dissolve in organic solvent?

We are trying to synthesise polyurethane for cardiac tissue engineering, but after synthesising, polyurethane does not dissolve in organic solvent such as DMF etc.
