Can someone suggest a guide to draw a correlation graph of transcripts + Expression data?

Hi all,

I did gene sequencing and I have lots of gene expression data from different genes from my treat and non-treated groups. I would like to draw a correlation graph of transcripts + Expression data.

Has anyone done this experience before to guide me how to do this?
