Hello, everyone. I am planning the analysis for a experiment of gene expression through qRTPCR. I would like to try the GeNorm softare amongst others to assess the stability of my reference gene candidates. Problem is GeNOrm is no longer available, as it was merged with qbase+ (a paid software). Does any of you happens to keep a copy of the old GeNorm? It is only for comparison purposes. Tks in advance.
PS: I am aware that old GeNorm doesnt work in new MS Excel versions.

Hello. Unfortunatelly I couldn't find a copy of the software. I tried with the evalutation version of qbase+, nevertheless it limits you a lot, as you can only import files twice. In order to check refference genes' suitability I used the evaluation version of GenEx, which has all functions active for a period of 1 month. Genex has the GeNorm and the Normfinder algorithms in it.
