Can someone recommend a bio-assay system? I am looking to test a variety of liquid antimicrobial agents against bacteria and moulds.

The broth microdilution assay and the disk diffusion assay are two convenient methods for testing for antibacterial activity of extracts.

Broth microdilution is the best choice, give you more information that Kirby Bauer (disk diffusion) and you can play with concentrations.

use a method ahere you detemine the minimum inhibition concentration. eg

You can do in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility tests either dilution method which includes agar and broth dilution technique and diffusion technique by Kirbey-Bauer method. Regard
