Can someone please suggest the quickest way to identify the late blight tolerant gene in Sarpo Axona?

I want to cross Sarpo Axona with a susceptible variety, and want to determine whether the late blight tolerant gene is available in the crossed product. I want to know how that can be done at the molecular level. Thanks
