Currently, I'm investigating the effect bedroom color has on one's quality of sleep. Many (non scholarly) works I've come across have mentioned / cited this survey, conducted by Travelodge in 2013. Looking into it myself, it appears to have little to no scientific foundation. Can someone please verify whether or not this survey is valid? Are there any other studies that I should take a look at?
