If you need survival data (as indicated in your question) rather than mortality rates, you may want to use SurvCan from IARC. If you are looking for mortality rates, you can use Globocan from IARC with data for 184 countries (http://globocan.iarc.fr/). WHO Cancer Country Profiles provide some mortality, incidence and demography data but not survival rates.
