Hi Roberto, I am using methanol:water:Phosphoric acid (75:25:0.1) in reverse phase @ 260 nm.

I would try a stronger acid such as TFA and a litlle bit higher concentration, good luck

i am getting well resolved peaks. However, the problem is the peak area vary for each injection.

Use of an internal standard will resolve the issue. Regards
