Thanks Mr. Juneja, we tried to remove it under reduced pressure but could not recover it completely.

Depending on the boiling points of reagents, products and by-products, you can try Kugelrohr destillation.

After reduced pressure distillation, which can recover most solvent, use N2 or other inert gases to remove the residual solvent if your products are not easily blown away. After all it's not easy to recover all of the solvent.

Thanks Mr, Jan and Mr, Wang. As per my understanding Kugelrohr distillation is suitable for small batches. We are doing reaction in few Kgs scale.

We can try for removal of solvent by inert gas but we have to be careful as our product is solid.
