I am currently working on purifying DPP4 inhibitor from natural resource. But facing lot of problem using plasma as a source of enzyme.
Can someone please help in getting purified enzyme so that i can proceed further in purification. Also i would like to learn about cloning and expression of DPP4. If someone can share protocol it would be a great help for me in carrying out my PhD work.

Also sometimes if you find a reagent company that sells it you can save yourself a lot of time and effort that cloning and protein purification requires and keep your focus on what will help you complete your thesis.

DPP4 is a membrane protein which means it is making things more complicated about expression/purification. Some have purified from transfected insect cells:
