Can someone give me guidance regarding Lamb wave generation in ANSYS?

I am trying to generate lamb wave in ansys. Since i am new to this topic i need some guidance.

I played with FE modeling of Lamb waves, and have found that for harmonic Lamb waves good agreement with theoretical results is achieved only at low frequencies lying near the so-called second limiting speed.
