Well, for starting point you can see this 2 papers taht I send you here to help you to identifying those 2 species of Aspergillus ( basic aspects!) but also take a reading to this article ( http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0166061614601779) to have a more complete idea about Aspergillus taxonomy and systematic. I´m supossing that you´re working with isolates, and that would be an easy way. Remember, that media used for the description should be Malt Extract Agar and Czapek´s Agar, based on recommendations of the International Commission of Penicillium and Aspergillus. Good luk!
