I revealed a marked increase in the activity of quinone reductase enzyme in the liver

of rats after hemin and sulforaphane administration. Using Western blot (used antibodies Sigma, N5288), I identified two blots (26 kDa and 30 kDa). Interestingly, the increase in enzyme activity correlated with the disappearance of the 26 kDa blot and the appearance of the 30 kDa blot. Is it different form of enzyme or may be something else?
