Yes. The M13-infected bacteria will grow on Kanamycin/LB plates, but they will grow more slowly than uninfected bacteria. They will form colonies (not plaques). To see plaques, you would need to plate the M13 phage on bacterial lawns. You would not need Kanamycin to see the infected cells, because they will be visible as plaques. Note that if you are plating M13-infected bacteria to get colonies, the infected bacteria will still be shedding phage particles. You should choose colonies that are well-separated on the plates for further analysis, and purify them by at least one round of plaque purification.
