I have c2c12 cell lines which on serum deprivation or changing to horse serum, the cells differentiate into myotubes.
Now am looking for other immortal muscle cell lines like c2c12.
It can be mouse or human. Looking forward for your suggestions

I looked into h2k cell lines. My protein of interest doesn't express much in fibroblast. Also embryonic cells are hazzle to maintain. lookibg specifically for myotubes.
You can use mesoangioblasts as well. Or freshly isolated satellite cells. Why H2k are not good? they do form myotubes.
