Generally speaking, siRNA suitable for in vivo animal experiments needs to be chemically modified (such as phosphate backbone modification, ribose modification or base modification, etc.) to improve serum stability and reduce immunogenicity.After verification, the siRNA sequences in the MCE pre-designed siRNA kit have not been chemically modified. Its structural characteristics may lead to rapid degradation in animals, which is difficult to meet the stability requirements of in vivo experiments.
