We have measured the transient of surface photovoltage in metal halide perovskites Cs0.05(MA0.14,FA0.86)0.95Pb(I0.84,Br0.16)3

We excited with light with photon energy ( ~1.26 eV) below the perovskite bandgap (~1.63 eV) with a power of ~100mW/cm2. After the light is turned off, we see a relatively slow transient. My question is: ”Can photons with energy below the perovskite bandgap produce activation of ions and as a consequence - ion migration?”
