Can nitrosamines be formed by oxidation of secondary amines using hydrogen peroxide?

Hi!

I'm working on a secondary amine with one R group containing nitrogen (R-NH-R'; R'=NCH2).

I need to know if it's possible to form nitrosamines by oxidation of the NH group by hydrogen peroxide (and NOT by using a nitrosating agent).
