Hello, we had mycoplasma in our stem cell and cardioymyocyte cell culture and after treatment the cells growed very slowly/some were dying (picture) and most differenciations were no longer successful. Also we noticed some changes in ion current measurements that can‘t be explained with technical faults during measurements.

This is a common problem, unfortunately. In addition to slow growth, increasing cell death, and differentiation reprogramming, Mycoplasma will very often also reduce tumor take and growth in vivo.
