Hi. It depends on the subject matter and the way you work. If you want to work with radar images you have to download the Sentinel 1 image and if not you have to work with the Sentinel 2 images.

You must use the InSAR technique. For this purpose, you must use the radar phase information. The Sentinel-2 satellite operates in the optical electromagnetic spectrum. Therefore, it is not suitable for your desired application. You should use synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data. Accordingly, the Sentinel-1 Interferometric Wide (IW) swath mode data with a swath width of 250 km are suitable for measuring land displacement/deformation or land subsidence. Sentinel-1 data are available for free worldwide coverage from 2014 onwards. The regular time series of Sentinel-1 data can be downloaded through the Copernicus Open Access Hub:
