Hello everyone,

I am extracting proteins from mouse dorsal root ganlgion cells. According to my whole cell extraction protocol there is a step where I incubate the samples with the lysis buffer + inhibitors and I vortex them every 10min for a total of 30min before I centrifuge the samples and collect the supernatant. I wondering whether vortexing is too harsh for the protein complexes.

Thank you!
