I have no clue about world of bacteriophage.

Are there any recipe of other buffer for phage enrichment?

Gelatin is not available in my lab and the work is urgent. It's about isolation of bacteriophage from food. I try google and youtube but I need more detail that this. I will appreciate if any source/textbook or website about basic of phage isolation are suggested.
