Dear Ezgi, Usually, the ground theory analysis is a process of constructing theory out of your data without any preconceived ideas about concepts. If this is your case, then its okay to proceed.

But, seemingly, exploratory and descriptive nature of your question and exploratory nature of your literature review,which i would assumed you have studied already; is given you some preset concepts to develop your conceptual framework as a frame of reference to guide your research, gathering the data via Delphi method.So in this case, analyzing your data base on thematic sounds more appropriated since, your aim is to develop a theoretical framework or perhaps a visual commentary frame out of your data based on preconceived idea, which is generated throughout your study via literature review.

Well, it seems okay and that’s fine, as long as your self-reflection on your presupposition comes from your own experience, knowledge and observation in K-12 science education.

Hello : Your research question does not seek understanding of a process rather to identify components, or concepts, to include in k-12 education. You seek to identify themes, rather than understand a process this is happening in some context/phenomenon. I see thematic analysis is clearly the option. Grounded theory does not fit your research question, nor your description of the goal of your study.
