Can I rescue plasmid from a dead glycerol stock?

We have -80 freezer failure and many of our glycerol stocks are dead. I want to rescue the plasmid from these stocks so we can transform new bacteria. Can you please share protocol to revive plasmid from dead bacterial glycerol stock?
