Can I replace mercaptoethanol with DTT in MSP Buffer?

Mercaptoethanol is toxic. Does anyone have experience with replacing it with DTT in buffer for methylation specific PCR? Thank you!

Yes you can use DTT in Methylation specific PCR. Some ready made kits uses at 1mM concentration.
